Robinsons Retail Group is one of the largest retailers in the country operating nine (9) formats (Robinsons Dept. Store, Robinsons Supermarket, Handyman, Robinsons Appliances, Robinsons Specialty Stores, Toys R Us, True Value, Saizen and Howard’s Storage World) located in Robinsons Malls and other malls nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing assistance in the resolution of problems, maintaining the integrity of the system through the proper implementation of policies, and providing support for POS users.
REQUIREMENTS:
Male, not more than 30 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology. (4 yr or 5 yr courses only)
At least 1 year of working experience related to Technical Support gained from a retail environment.
Knowledgeable on troubleshooting and maintenance of POS machines.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Hardware or equivalent.
