Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, develop and implement strategies, policies and procedures that will increase, improve and maximize tenant occupancy of the mall
Review, analyze and propose to/advise management and tenants on product & service mix concepts, construction requirements and compliance to contractual obligations
Oversee the administration and integration of sales and marketing functions to maximize the sales performance of tenants and strengthen tenant and leasing operations
Optimize target rental income and occupancy levels
Achieve tenant satisfaction within the defined parameters established by the mall management and company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Graduate of any four year business-related course
With three years extensive experience in marketing and sales
Analytical, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Computer literate
Filipino Citizen or hold relevant residence status ;
1 Full-Time positions available
Added Advantage:
Experience in leasing , retail management and the shopping center industry
Knowledge of foreign language
International exposure, whether on business, work, pleasure or study
