FRONT DESK SUPERVISOR

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Female at least 5'4" in height or Male at least 5'8 in height
• Well groomed & pleasant
• Good command of spoken English
• With a degree in any business course,preferably in Hotel Management
• At least 2 years of working supervisory experience in front desk,well versed with FD Operations and that of other related departments of an international class hotel
• Able to work under great pressure;strives for improvement
• Can independently without supervision;reliable
• Innovative,friendly,people oriented,patient

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications:

• Not more than 27 years old and at least 5'4 in height
• Smart,pleasant personality,articulate,and fit
• Oral and written fluency in English and knowledge of local languages
• With diploma /degree in any business course, preferably in Hotel and Restaurant Management
• Computer literate
• Able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills
• Tactful and good guest contact skills
