Responsibilities:
- Receive all support requests via phone call, email or chat;
- Provide support service to subscribers on their PC, internet or simple network problems;
- Assist clients on application installations and/or virus removals;
- Assist clients in the configuration and/or upgrade of their computers;
- Provide advice to clients on hardware/applications to buy/install for the efficient use of their computers;
- Provide advice to clients on matters regarding internet connections and network configurations;
- Log all support calls and/or services (billable/non-billable);
- Ensure all call requests are attended to and/or escalated to appropriate persons within the support group.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral);
- Technically skilled in providing user support for Windows OS (XP, Vista, 7), MS Office, MS Outlook, Open Office, Browser Installation/Configuration, PC System Maintenance, Driver Installation/Removal, Virus Removal, Windows Security, Setting/Fixing LAN and Internet Connections, Proxy Settings, IMs;
- Familiar with the common brands of computers and basic network equipment;
- Graduate of Computer Engineering or related course;
- Experience as System Administrator is a plus;
