Optimo International Group is currently looking for MANAGEMENT TRAINEES and SALES REPRESENTATIVES for the expansion of our company all over Mindanao: General Santos, Tagum, Cotabato, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Bukidnon and Zamboanga.

Management Trainees and Sales Representatives(Southern Mindanao - DAVAO CITY)

Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Sales and Distribution

At the entry level, you are expected to undergo Sales and Distribution training. We expect you to achieve high competency levels in sales before you move on to Phase 2.

Phase 2: Team Management

With the foundation in Sales and Distribution, you are expected to teach, train, and manage a team of 5-7 individuals. With proper training provided.

Phase 3: Branch Management

With the foundation in Team management, we train you in terms of running a branch office involving both the Administration Aspects and the Operations Aspects. You are expected to manage a team of 20+ individuals and are responsible for your respective branch office
Full traning provided by our very own trainers from the U.S.A and Canada.
Top performers will be invited to travel throughout Asia on a regular basis.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Good communication, hard working, responsible, great attitude.
Required language(s): English
Applicants must be willing to work in Davao.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
